Great location near train station and away from the famous Venice Ghetto area. Quiet canal setting. Close proximity to three different restaurants with delicious and reasonably priced food. Excellent breakfast options and efficient, respectful staff.

Our room had a spacious balcony with a amazing view of the canal, perfect for enjoying a bottle of wine. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station and close to many restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and the hotel was pristine. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Venice.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices. The attention to detail in the rooms, such as comfortable beds and good showers, was impressive. The location of the hotel on a quiet canal, not far from the train station, allows for a peaceful stay away from the heavy tourist areas. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service.

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything, right by the canal. The staff are very helpful and the breakfasts are good with a lot of nice options. The rooms are comfortable and the linen is clean. The decor is quaint and appropriate for the location.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at a charming hotel with a stunning canal view. The location was ideal, not too far from the train station and main walkways. The breakfast was excellent, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. We can't wait to go back!

8 min walk from station. Easy arrival and departure. Great for shops and dining. Excellent choice at breakfast from 8-10. Superb air conditioning even in 34 deg weather. Spacious room with great bathroom. Spotless. Be careful with hot water. Would return in a heartbeat.
